This program is a continuation of the Jyotish Siromani program. The Jyotish Sarasvati program will emphasize research and a dissertation. As with the Jyotish Siromani program the education requirements includes course work, supplemental readings in Vedic literature and the addition of developmental reading relating to research. The student is expected to develop good research and writing habits culminating in the Doctoral dissertation.
Prerequisite: The student must have completed his Jyotish Siromani degree.
Degree requirements for Jyotish Sarasvati:
The student must master the core Jyotish curriculum along with other education requirements and have the required sadhana to receive this title.
